1. How do I order?

Ordering from vivowoman.com is easy. See something you want? Choose your size, color, or print and add it to your shopping cart by clicking the “add to cart” button. Your shopping bag can hold an unlimited number of items. Click on “view cart” to review its contents and remove items at any time. When you’re finished shopping, click on the “checkout” button, where you’ll fill out your billing and shipping information.

2. How do I know what size to choose? Size Guide

Please refer to our detailed size guide for guidance. We compare EUR, UK and US sizing including bust, hip and waist size. A size guide is also available on each and every product description page.

3. Can I return an item after purchase? Return Policy

Oh yes you can! We want to give you a hassle-free way to return anything you’re not completely happy with within 15 days of the date of purchase. Items must be accompanied by original receipt, and date and amount of purchase must be validated in our system. Merchandise must either be defective, or in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. Customer identification may be required.

4. Can i amend my order? 

Yes! We encourage you to make any changes within 12 hours of placing your order. This includes changing the delivery or payment option.

5. How long is Delivery Time?

Deliveries within Nairobi take between 24 – 48 hours while those outside Nairobi take 72 hours. For urgent deliveries, we’re happy to contract a reliable courier but you, the customer would have to incur the delivery cost.
